Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

For standard studio bookings, we recommend at least two weeks advance notice. Major productions or multi-day shoots should be scheduled at least four to six weeks ahead to ensure availability and allow proper preparation time.

Can I visit the studio before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to tour our facilities before committing. Contact us to arrange a visit during normal business hours. Tours typically last 30-45 minutes and include all studio spaces and technical areas.

What if my production runs over time?

We understand that live production can be unpredictable. Overruns are charged at a pro-rata rate based on your booking type. We recommend building buffer time into your schedule when possible to avoid additional charges.

Do you provide catering?

While we don't operate our own catering service, we work with several trusted local providers who understand production schedules. We can coordinate catering as part of your booking at cost plus a coordination fee.
